Due to the nature of our products, all items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at seardilesc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Please note that we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.
